About Halfway Amsterdam
The house keeps no premises, so nothing happens anywhere except the room the two of you are sharing. Twenty-three therapists cover central Amsterdam, and the evenings they cover are the ones couples fly in for.
This city fills up every weekend with couples who do not live in the same country. One flies from a job, one from a study place or a family, and Amsterdam is the point they both agreed to. That is the whole reason this practice exists in the shape it does, rather than as another spa with a reception desk and a waiting area for two.

The work is outcall and nothing else. No studio, no address to find, no lobby to cross afterwards. A therapist comes to the hotel room or the apartment the two of you booked, and forty to sixty minutes from an agreed hour is a realistic figure anywhere inside the ring. Rooms at Schiphol airport hotels work by arrangement, with the length of her journey settled before anything is fixed. Nothing outside Amsterdam and the airport, on any date, for any figure.
What the house does is narrow enough to state in one line. It arranges, it agrees an hour, it confirms it in writing, and it publishes what things cost. Whatever happens once the door closes is not the arranging side's call. The therapist names her own limits when the visit begins, in her own words, and nothing agreed anywhere else alters them.
Why two arrivals change the arranging
A couple travelling together makes one decision. A couple travelling separately makes two, in two places, often in two languages and nearly always at two different levels of tiredness. The practical consequence is that a reunion evening gets arranged earlier than an ordinary one, from further away, and with more of it written down. Bookings here are commonly placed eight or ten days out by whichever partner is more organised, and they are held with a deposit because that is what a booking made more than a day ahead carries.
The other consequence is timing. A booking that hangs on a flight is a booking with a moving part in it, and moving parts are best declared early. A landing time in the first message costs one line and saves the evening if the inbound slips.
What things cost, and why the day does not change them
For the two of you with one therapist the fee is twice what a single guest pays for the same length, and with a therapist each it doubles again. A single guest is what the first partner sometimes books for the afternoon before the second lands. The sums themselves are kept on the profiles, one table to each woman. Saturdays cost what Tuesdays cost, an evening costs what an afternoon costs, and nothing is added for her journey inside the ring.
Who comes to the door
Twenty-three women keep hours with the house, aged twenty-one to thirty, and all of them are twenty-one or over. English is on every profile, and between them they also carry French, Dutch, Spanish, Russian, Greek, Italian, Czech, Romanian, Ukrainian, German, Serbian, Latvian and Portuguese. Each has a page on the roster with her age, her languages, the district she travels from and her photographs, published with her agreement.
Where the house stops
It does not work beyond Amsterdam and the airport. No building is named on any page here. It will not print a number for anyone to dial, and it will not take a booking that both people in the room have not agreed to.
